My name is Daniel Cuadra and I’m a software engineer with over 21+ years of experience. I’ve worked for major world-wide companies making software for a living; I currently work as a Principal Software Developer for the Spatial and Graph database development group at Oracle Corporation, but this entire blog, its content, statements and opinions are my own.

My hobbies and passions are designing systems, listening to rock/metal music, playing acoustic & electric guitar, cooking/grilling, eating good food, drinking good beer, watching movies and TV-series, reading books and use my 6th sense of sarcasm whenever possible.

My life has been a pleasant experience. I’ve traveled a lot, done a lot, seen a lot, I get money for coding. I even saw Led Zeppelin live on December 10, 2007.
